My name is Patricia von Allmen and I am the founder of Patricia v Fitness. I am the proud mother of two wonderful adult children, and have enjoyed a well rounded professional life that has brought me back to what I am truly passionate about: fitness, well-being, living a life filled with abundance of energy and moving with ease.
With over 20 years of experience as a fitness professional, I have had the opportunity to be the owner & manager of my own fitness studio in Europe & the USA. I am certified in several different areas of fitness, as well as being certified as a 200 hour yoga instructor
I am very excited to share my knowledge and want to empower motivated men and women who want to start a fitness routine on a consistence basis, improve their overall well-being, and take one’s current fitness routine to the next level. I enhance all Functional Fitness movements by using either or all of the following pieces of equipment: light weights, the yoga block, the fit ball, and resistance bands or simply your body weight.
I have personally endured several injuries over the course of my lifetime; including injuries that have almost left me immobile. These injuries have led me to learn and continually educate myself about how to incorporate Functional Fitness into my daily life.
I am 100% convinced that it is possible to heal, regain your strength, flexibility & balance through specific, controlled and consistent use of Functional Fitness exercises.
My programs are designed to make you feel energised, stronger, flexible, and to have more mobility in your daily activities.
My vision is to share with you, ways in which you can exercise no matter what age or health limitation you may currently have, or have struggled with during your lifetime. If there is a will, there is a way!
I am on a mission to assist as many individuals as I can. As long as you are willing to put the work in on a consistent basis, to ignite your unlimited power in your mind and body, I can and will help you to improve your overall well-being.
