I would highly recommend Patricia as a trainer. She is very friendly and makes the training sessions hard but fun. She makes you want to push yourself harder and achieve more.
Patricia provided me with a variety of exercises to keep the sessions interesting. She makes sure that I have correct alignment and position and that I do the exercises in a correct manner and not rushing, so I can get the best out of each exercise. I definitely feel like I have had an overall body workout after every session, and she has given me some great ideas and new exercises and stretches I can do at home.
