I am an historically athletic, healthy person, but over the past few years have had an inflammatory condition, recently diagnosed finally as rheumatoid arthritis, which has altered my life. I’m in a good deal of pain and with low energy most of the time. I started working with Patricia in October 2020 in person in Bonnieux, France when I was at my worst physically. She was keen to understand my limitations from the get go and worked steadily to increase my strength and fitness with her patience and expertise. When I returned to the US after being in France for the first 8 months of the pandemic, I continued with Patricia over Zoom instead of returning to my US based trainer in person because of Patricia’s interest, expertise and commitment to my physical, nutritional and emotional health as I navigate my illness. Plus, she’s a lot of fun! Patricia has been and will continue to be a key partner in increasing and maintaining my strength and fitness.

Patricia designed a strength training programme for me as part of my
preparation for a 50km trail run. She analysed my weaknesses and adapted
the training accordingly, focusing on core strength and of course glutes
and legs and arms. It really helped and I am convinced it was a key part
of my training.
I particularly appreciated the variety of exercises and energy of
Patricia’s sessions and also the fact that I really felt she was
supportive and personally invested in my progress.

I would highly recommend Patricia as a trainer. She is very friendly and makes the training sessions hard but fun. She makes you want to push yourself harder and achieve more.

Patricia provided me with a variety of exercises to keep the sessions interesting. She makes sure that I have correct alignment and position and that I do the exercises in a correct manner and not rushing, so I can get the best out of each exercise. I definitely feel like I have had an overall body workout after every session, and she has given me some great ideas and new exercises and stretches I can do at home.

After two hip replacements and a knee replacement that were never rehabbed properly, I was in pretty sad shape and walking with a cane. Then I met Patricia, and she is working wonders for me; and doing it all with in with a super positive attitude and encouraging style. She definitely knows her stuff and knows what needs fixing and how to go about doing it. My posture is now greatly improved, and my many balance issues are being addressed.
