One on One Personal Training
This highly energetic session is designed specifically for your personal needs and goals.
You will enjoy 1 hour of Functional Fitness using light weights, resistance bands, the TRX, the fit ball, and your own body weight.
If you like to listen to music while you are working out, i am happy to create a personalised playlist for you.
I use the metabolic training method as a staple in my personal training sessions. By maintaining your metabolism at an elevated state, taking less breaks in between each exercise, and mixing up your workouts, I insure that you will gain the maximum benefits for you. You will gain strength, burn calories, and feel on overall sense of accomplishment after every session. Inevitably, you will start seeing results and feeling better within a very short period of time.
I will help you reach your personal goals while taking into consideration the amount of time you have, your fitness level, and or limitations, one step at a time.
