I will personalise your sessions specifically tailored for your group. At the same time, taking into consideration your personal goals, levels of fitness, and time your group has to exercise. If you like to listen to music while you are working out, i am happy to create a personalised playlist for you.

I am a mobile personal trainer and will happily give your private groups sessions in the comfort of your home.

You will increase your strength, flexibility & build beautiful muscles using the TRX, the fit ball, resistance bands, dumbbells and your own body weight.

I use the metabolic training method as a staple in my personal training sessions. By maintaining your metabolism at an elevated state, taking less breaks in between each exercise, and mixing up your workouts, I insure that you will gain the maximum benefits for you. You will gain strength, burn calories, and feel on overall sense of accomplishment after every session. Inevitably, you will start seeing results and feeling better within a very short period of time.
